Assessment & Evaluation
Because we believe in a holistic approach, we enlist the talents of a comprehensive team of professionals to help each child achieve the greatest level of independence. The assessment and evaluation team begins by assessing each child’s abilities and needs. From this thorough evaluation, we develop detailed recommendations, taking into account a variety of environments including home, school and community as well as recreation and vocational activities.
All those who are part of supporting the child are strongly encouraged to participate in the assessment and evaluation through intake meetings, observation of the evaluation, and participation in follow-up meetings in order to be able to fully carry out recommendations.
Assessment and evaluation services are provided in two tracks by specialists in each area:
- Multiple Disabilities
